Q: Is there a rental agreement form that needs to be filled out?
A: Yes. You can download a printable copy by clicking here.

Q: Can we use the kitchen?
A: Yes.

Q: Is there a place to buy groceries nearby?
A: Yes. There is a general store at the Hume Lake Camp which is about 5 minutes away by car.

Q: Is there a fireplace?
A: Yes, there is a wood-burning fireplace on each level.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. There is room for 4 cars to park around the cabin.

Q: Are there laundry facilities at the cabin we can use?
A: Not at the cabin; but there is a public laundry facility in camp that is located across from the General Store.

Q: Is there a TV at the cabin we can use?
A: Yes, for DVD/VHS use only. Sorry no hook up to satellite or cable.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No.

Q: Do you allow smoking or candles?
A: No.

Q: Do you allow alcohol?
A: No.

Q: Is it OK for us to hire our own cleaning people from outside the people in our group for the "clean-up" routine prior to departure?

A: No. Part of the rental arrangement is that each group cleans the cabin themselves. There is a cleaning check off list to follow and cleaning supplies provided at the cabin for you to use. If you prefer to not do your own departure cleaning, we have a cleaning group available that will do the cleaning for your group, which will cost an additional $400.00. If you let us know ahead of time we can arrange that for you.
