Rates

Weekly rates:

  • The entire cabin can be rented at $3400 per week (see deposit terms at right).
  • Weekly rental preferred during the months of June to September. Guests must bring their own bed and bath linen.

Weekend rates:

  • Weekend rates are available for the months of September to October, and starting again in April to June.
  • Weekend (2 nights) is $1750, 3 nights is $1950. There is a maintenance fee of $200 and a returnable security deposit of $500 for weekend rentals.

Check-In/Check-Out: Guests may check in after 3pm. Please call ahead if arrival will be later. Check-out time is 12 noon after you have completed cabin cleaning.

Rental Terms | Deposit
  • Deposit must be mailed in at the time a reservation is made.
  • A non-refundable $2000 rental deposit is required to make a reservation, and represents a renter's commitment to pay for the week being held. One month prior to arrival, the renter must then also pay the remaining $1400 balance, in addition to a $500 general maintenance fee.
     
  • Cabin Cleaning Renters are required to do their own departure cleaning. A security deposit of $500 is held until after the cabin is checked and we determine that nothing is broken and the cabin is clean. This fee is potentially refundable.    

  • Total amount due prior to rental $4400. $3400 rent, $500 security deposit, $500 maintenance.
