Rates

Weekly rates:

  • The entire cabin can be rented at $3000 per week (see deposit terms at right).
  • Weekly rental preferred during the months of June to October.

Weekend rates:

  • Weekend rates are available for the months of September to October, and starting again in April to June.
  • Weekend (2 nights ) is $1500, 3 nights is $1700 (plus $250 returnable security deposit.).

Check-In/Check-Out: Guests may check in after 3pm. Please call ahead if arrival will be later. Check-out time is 10am. Guests must bring their own linen.

Rental Terms | Deposit
  • Deposit must be mailed in at the time a reservation is made.
  • A non-refundable $1900 rental deposit is required to make a reservation, and represents a renter's commitment to pay for the week being held. One month prior to arrival, the renter must then also pay the remaining $1100 balance
    in addition to a security deposit of $300. The $300 security deposit is held until after the renter departs the cabin and we determine that nothing is broken and everything is basically intact.
  • Cabin Cleaning $400 done by Hume cleaning staff. An additional 8% renters tax ($240) is levied by Hume Lake to cover general costs of using the camp.    

  • Total amount due prior to rental $3940 ($3000 + $400 + $300 + $240).
